The Logic Check

The Logic Check is a free feasibility assessment for complex-income mortgage applicants. It asks about your income type — contractor day rate, company director, CIS, overseas or one year's accounts — and flags where lenders are likely to say yes before you make a formal application. It is not a rate calculator and does not constitute advice; results are subject to status, valuation and full underwriting.
